Opting out through:  @Auditable(disabled=false)

Also:
- if the AuditableFacet is already present, then that should take precedence
- any implementation of HasTransactionId (command, audit entry or published 
event) should *never* have auditing automatically enabled.

Enable using isis.properties:

#isis.services.audit.objects=all|none
