Yes.  I'll respond with some further thoughts on the other thread (where
you posted details), but I'd be happy to see ReputationBox being built
under GSOC.  Not only is it an interesting domain in its own right, it
looks like it could integrate both Drools and OAuth2; so a very good result
if so.
