Deliverables : Twillo support and other similar service
Time Schedule : The time frame for this project is from May 19 to August 18 and
there is 13 weeks to work on.
(Up Until May 18) : Examine and investigate on different ways of adding voice
and sms feature. Plan the support to be more abstract such way that adding
support for future providers can be more easier and reuse a lot of same code
base.
2 Weeks : Create Twillo support & test suit
1 Week : Fix any bugs/issues related to Twillo support
1 Week : Add support for Plivo framework //Open Source Alternative to Twillo
1 Week : Fix any bugs/issues related Plivo framework
1 Week : Add support for Tropo //Another Open Source Alternative to Twillo
1 Week : Fix any bugs/issue related to Tropo
During the first 7 weeks there will be support for most of the Voice/SMS
services. But further SMS/Voice support for other providers would be done
during the reaming time. By August 18 the plan is to support maximum number of
providers.
Plans during the GsOC period : During the first week of June I have my finals
and after that I am free.
