1. loosen up FixtureScript so that some methods are non-final
2. have FixtureScript use the FixtureScripts#newExecutionContext hook

3. change WrapperFactory's DomainObjectInvocationHandler so that does not 
assume the underlying delegate is inmemory (ie use AdapterManager#adapterFor 
rather than AdapterManager#getAdapter).
