Fix For: viewer-wicket-1.7.0
Either:
- prevent the action button from being clicked if editing a property, or
- let the action button be clicked, but automatically apply any outstanding
changes (this is what JIRA does, in effect)
For the second option, would probably require that actions (EntityHeaderPanel)
be moved inside the form that is set up within EntityPropertiesPanel.... ie
some rejigging required to the Wicket components hierarchy.
