Hi Ranganath,
Looked into this, but not sure what exactly what error is being reported here.
So far as I can understand you, the file upload issue (method being called
twice) used to happen consistently in 1.3.1, but in 1.5.0 it works as
expected... unless you are disconnected from the LAN.
I've tried to reproduce the issue by disconnecting from the network myself, but
seems to work as expected.
I'm gonna punt this onto 1.7.0 for now; if you can give me anything else to
work on, would be good.

Re:your question about where to publish to, create a repo in github and publish
there. There will be a million screencasts on youtube, I am sure, on how to do
it.
