Fix For: core-1.8.0
So that:
a. core is smaller
b. that it at some stage be ported to use JDO objectstore rather than in-memory
obejctstore without blocking release of core 1.8.0
c. that it might be replaced by the kitchensink app (and perhaps move out to
isisaddons).
d. so that the TCK module of the wicket viewer can sit alongside the other TCK
modules.
