Description:
specifically, the special case handling that remains in
- IsisTransactionManager#initOtherApplibServicesIfConfigured
- IsisTransaction#closeOtherApplibServicesIfConfigured
in ISIS-948, see that the special case handling for EventBusService was removed
by introducing a request-scoped service; hopefully something similar could be
done for Bulk.Interaction service.
