Jeroen posted some logs for a problem with the class scanning with JDK 1.8 at
https://www.dropbox.com/s/gs4u62b97iwasmy/log.txt?dl=0.
There we can see that even JRE classes are being scanned:
16:52:36,613 [Reflections Thread-3 WARN ] could not scan file
/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk1.8.0_25.jdk/Contents/Home/jre/lib/ext/jfxrt.jar!/javafx/stage/Screen.class
with scanner SubTypesScanner
org.reflections.ReflectionsException: could not create class file from
Screen.class
Maybe there is a way to tell Reflections to skip JRE jars.
