ISIS-967: lookup LayoutMetadataReader implementation from configuration, and
pass through to ObjectReflectorDefault and thence to FacetedMethodsBuilder.
in addition:
- IsisConfiguration#getList(String, String) added
- in FacetedMethodsBuilder (due to above refactoring), only instantiate
LayoutMetadataReaderFromJson once (previously was erroreously instantiating
twice, no idea why)
- using @Programmatic to hide some methods of FixtureScript view model.
