Reading between the lines, I think what you're saying is that the mouse/dialog
getting out of sync is because of the slow dragging. Is that correct?
If so, I'd rather dispense with the margin-top: 15% and have it properly
draggable.

Also, occurs to me that this should be tested properly on IE9. I'll try to
remember to do that once you've fiddled some more....
