Have decided that this probably is better off living under isisaddons (likely
to be volatile, and isn't really specific to Isis), so am moving code out there
(https://github.com/isisaddons/isis-module-fakedata).
Note that the code committed to date is still in a branch, was not merged into
master.
NB: this means that the simpleapp shouldn't use this service.... we don't want
anything in Isis core to depend on Isis addons.
