Folks, I'm CANCELLING this vote... Jeroen and I were doing some testing, and found that the new filtering stuff is too aggressive... for example it's possible for the auditing service to not be able to view property values.
Although we do have a workaround (just disable the feature using config properties), I'd rather have this feature enabled and working safely. I'll put out an RC2 later today or tomorrow, for voting over the weekend.
