Currently Isis automatically performs concurrency checking if JDO's 
@Version(versionStrategy=VERSION_NUMBER), but not for any other strategy.

This ticket is to extend support for timestamp-based version control, ie to be 
able to use @Version(versionStrategy=DATE_TIME)
