It seems Select2 v4 doesn't have the problem.
Please test branch "ISIS-1224-select2-v4". It contains the changes for this
ticket and ISIS-1223 (Wicket 7).
At the moment we need to use WicketStuff Select2 7.2.0-SNAPSHOT. If everything
is OK then I'll release it as 7.1.1.
