Deleteing the webapp directory and restarting has no effect, I can still
reproduce the symptom, and I still get the following in the browser
console:

11:36:08.918 TypeError: text is null1 select2-ver-1446978897111.js:356:12

Same behaviour and and same error if I change into webapp and use:
mvn jetty:run

I am running this on Windows, if that makes any difference. It will be a
while before I can try on any other system

cheers,
Kevin
