Has been implemented as part of ISIS-1232 (x-ro-follow-links) and ISIS-1274
(simplified profile)

Going to defer this til later; for 1.11.0 we'll just do ISIS-1232 and the
x-ro-follow-link stuff.
This ticket can be for other representations, eg Collection/JSON or Siren or
something, perhaps implemented using alternatives for the RepresentationService.
Have popped into 1.12.0 for now but might end up being later yet, we'll see how
things go.
