ISIS-1374: moved setupXxx functionality out of ActionInvocationFacet, and into
ObjectActionDefault. Removed duplication with ObjectActionMixedIn and
ObjectActionContributee.
Also:
- removed unnecessary guards for CommandContext or Command being null (they
never will)
- removed (after all) the idea of CommandMento
