ISIS-1478: now honours @Property(editing=ENABLED), takes precedence over
isis.properties config file (if configured as isis.objects.editing=false)
Also, refactored simpleapp so that the majority of isis.properties and
persistor_datanucleus.properties are read in programmatically by the app
manifest.
