Description:
For robustness.
So can enforce that an objectType is specified explicitly for domai service
isis.reflector.validator.explicitObjectType=true|false
Can reuse the existing checking, and generalize to apply not just to entities
but also to domain services.
* Only needs to apply to services that have at least one action on them.
* to avoid too much "noise", for now ignore NatureOfService.DOMAIN
