... because the consuming app might want to also use .layout.xml to define some
other layout (eg taking into account mixins etc).
Suggestion is to extend the GridLayoutService so that it searches for
Xxx.layoutFallback.xml as well as (but only after Xxx.layout.xml).
Thus, the addons would provide a .layoutFallback.xml rather than a regular
.layout.xml.
