ISIS-1613: simplifies EntityModel w.r.t layout metadata
Hitting aliasing issues/inconsistency within ActionModel for getTargetAdapter
vs getParentEntityModel().load(...). The ActionModel was referencing an
EntityModelWithLayoutHints, and think that there are aliasing issues (this
wrapper has its own cache of pojo adapters, and was out of sync with the
underlying).
Seems to have sorted out the issue....
