ISIS-1669: adds metamodel validation for missing @XmlJavaTypeAdapter on any
JODA or SQL date/time fieds (on view models).
Specifically:
- new XmlJavaTypeAdapterFacet that is added to any property or object type that
declares the corresponding @XmlJavaTypeAdapter
- metamodel validation for missing facet for any properties of the date/time
type of view models that don't have this facet.
