Resolution: Not A Problem
This might have been broken on 7.6.0, and when I upgraded to 7.8.0 then made a
mistake with the version numbers of wicket-bootstrap.
At any rate, running with WB 0.10.16 and Wicket 7.8.0 seems to work ok...
