We have resteasy plugins now.
* Pick resteasy-3 for JEE7.
* Pick resteasy-4 for JEE8.

Jax-rs client code was re-implemented. Currently I'd say the state is
*experimental*!
However I'm resolving this task. Should any issues pop-up, we deal with them
separately.
