ISIS-1810: updates for 2.0.0-M1 docs
use absolute links for migration and release notes so that they don't refer to
invalid docs in future
expunge mention of DomainObjectContainer
go through ISIS-1742, make sure no doc references to removed stuff (DOC, but
also AuditingService, PublishingService and a few others)
