Note that this will take more work than the earlier ticket (ISIS-2067) which
just removed the o.a.i.WebServer class, because the other responsibliity of the
Maven module is to act as an aggregator of dependencies.
For example, the isis-mavendeps-webapp basically just adds a dependency onto
isis-core-webserver.
