Is there any way to hide empty tabs? A tab is hidden if it doesn't contain any
fields but if all fields on a tab are hidden there's still the empty tab panel.
That looks strange in most cases:

In the example all fields are hidden on tab 2.2.1, 2.2.2 and 2.2. In that case
I don't want to see tab2.2 and below.
