ISIS-2139 renames profile 'spring' -> 'package-as-jar' (auto-activated)
- also deduplicate some of the pom.xml entries for the 'examples'
- also aligning example artifact names with new folder names
launch of 'demo' and 'helloworld' does work
('simple-app' not yet)
