ISIS-2138 pulling in 4 mixins (standard, dn-enhance, surefire, docker)
- for the dn-enhance mixin: now only activated when it finds a file
${basedir}/logging-dn-enhance.properties; the original skip behavior is
no longer in place; (difficult to reinstate because maven profile
activation on multiple conditions does have OR semantics)
