The repos are:
* apache/isis-app-demo
* apache/isis-app-helloworld
* apache/isis-app-simpleapp
For now, I *haven't* created a repo for "smoketest", I think this will probably
stay where it is.
Will also use this ticket to log any issues with the apps, or minor cleanup.
