Description:
_Tasks used with ThreadPoolSupport might suppress nested exceptions. This is
misleading.

IsisSessionFactory initializes instances that contribute to the menu
(@DomainService(nature=NatureOfService.VIEW)),
these might depend on the FactoryService, which itself depends on the
IsisSessionFactory.
This circular dependency currently breaks the demo app.
