Makes the DomainObject's layout 'metadata' FieldSet special, that is ...
any Mixins (1-to-1-associations), that want to contribute (properties) to the
'metadata' FieldSet
but are unbound, because such a FieldSet is not defined by the given layout,
are hidden.
While for any other property contributing Mixin, if unbound, the property gets
added to the FieldSet that is marked to collect all the unreferenced
properties. And there is always such a FieldSet.
