ISIS-2158: avoids lazy lookup of AuthorizationManager in
IsisSessionFactoryDefault
... can just @Inject it, same as the AuthenticationManager.
Also, no need to explicitly call init() on the AuthorizationManager, because it
is a @PostConstruct anyway
