ISIS-2216: adds @Qualifier to all services.
Also renames some services:
- AuditingServiceInternal (to AuditerDispatchService)
- PublishingServiceInternal (to PublisherDispatchService)
- AuthenticationManagerStandard (to AuthenticationManagerDefault)
- AuthorizationManagerStandard (to AuthorizationManagerDefault)
