ISIS-2218: renames AuthenticationManagerDefault (class) to AuthenticationManager
Latter was previously an interface.
Also:
- KeycloakAuthenticator renamed as AuthenticatorKeycloak, declared as @Service
rather than @Bean
- ditto for shiro
- constructor injection for AuthenticationManager
