ISIS-2259: wip - splits out 'extensions' into 'mappings', 'subdomains',
'testing' as well as 'extensions'
... and for 'incubator' and 'legacy', introduce subdirectories of mappings |
extensions | subdomains | testing for when promote / deprecate.
