When persisting a background command referencing a parent command where the
action on the parent is marked not to persist commands (commandPersistence =
CommandPersistence.NOT_PERSISTED), then, as an undesired side-effect, the
parent command is persisted as well.
In the case of a serialised viewmodel that can cause JDO Exception in target
column.
