ISIS-2433: exclude some projects from gradle build (at least for now)
- demo
- vaadin
- kroviz
- tooling
- valuetypes
need fixing of dependencies, ultimately we want all these build.gradle
files generated or updated via some automatism that takes the
corresponding maven pom.xml as blueprint
