ISIS-2033: reorg. regression tests, we now have 3 persistence layer
implementations to choose from:
*.jpa ... Spring Data JPA
*.jdo.isis ... DataNucleus integration for Isis (classic)
*.jdo.spring ... JDO integration for Spring (as was removed in 2013)
