ISIS-2033: restore the heavy weight jdo integration from legacy
it is now split into 3 parts
- jdo-datanucleus ... brings in dependencies and registers converters
- jdo-metamodel ... installs facets based on JDO standard annotations,
is decoupled from DataNucleus
- jdo-implementation ... integrates DataNucleus with Isis (runtime)
