ISIS-2033: move ObjectIdSerializer logic to 'jdo-datanucleus', as this
is simple low level stuff
also move JDO specific facet interfaces to 'jdo-provider' so can be
shared among the other jdo modules, their implementation is in
'jdo-metamodel'
