Should lift current limitations, that we cannot add classes with same simple
name to the index.
Challenges:
- java-doc link tags now need to be interpreted fqn, which involves scanning of
import statements
- fixing orphaned index references could still work, if unambiguous, otherwise
just output a log message containing the various ambiguous options, so can be
fixed by hand then
