ISIS-2550: makes impersonate available even without secman (with
ImpersonationMenuAdvisor SPI). Also:
- Adds mixins to impersonate on a domain object.
- moves UserProfileService to common viewer's new applib
- implements avatar and realName in user profile for Wicket viewer (ISIS-2608)
- moves responsibility for holding onto impersonated user into
ImpersonatedUserHolder SPI, with implementation provided by viewer
