Currently the PrincipalForApplicationUser uses the ApplicationUser FQ name from
"getName()" as username, making the principals toString() method return the
built-up qualified named of the user ("Firstname Lastname (email)") if
firstname and lastname are defined, otherwise just the email address or the
username.
