This also relates to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ISIS-2546. In
principle its a deep design question:
Should or should we not consider runtime types (vs compile time types only),
with the framework's meta-model. Well for action return types to react on their
runtime type is do-able. For parameter types I'm not so sure.
