the {{ObjectBulkLoader_builtinHandlers.BulkLoadEntity}} could just handle the
abstract types as well
the {{isHandling(ObjectBulkLoader.Request objectQuery)}} method should probably
just ask if the spec has an EntityFacet, independently of the BeanSort
