To summarize:
* We do support parameter tuple instances (aka new parameter programming model
- PPM), but yet only on mixins. (This PPM acronym appears within our sources to
identify this new style.)
* In the context of mixins, for both (PPM and classic style), we support
referencing of parameters the old way (by index) and the new alternative way
(by name).
