ISIS-2723: some simplifications in the context of CallbackFacet(s) and
ImparativeFacet(s) more generally
modeling list of methods held by ImparativeFacet as immutable and
thread-safe Can<Method> rather than List<Method>, which should overall
be more heap-friendy
