ISIS-2723: removing all XxxFacetTranslated
move translation logic into
- I8nFacetAbstract
and implement it by
- NamedFacetAbstract
- DescribedAsFacetAbstract
- PluralFacetAbstract
a i8n post-processor operates on winning facets and memoizes
translations if necessary
also add new facet attribute for all facets: 'fqcn' to report the
facet's fqcn
